A derivation for such package has to provide the contents of the "texmf" directory in its output and provide the appropriate `tlType` attribute (one of `"run"`, `"bin"`, `"doc"`, `"source"`). Dependencies on other TeX packages can be listed in the attribute `tlDeps`.
